Hi I'm Beni and I was looking forward to making cheese for the first time this weekend but my kits didn't arrive yesterday! Oh well! Can someone tell me what an Aldi cheese cave is please?

The Aldi's cheese cave is actually a wine cooler, you can set the temp on the cooler.

I got a small one some time back, and it was going well until the temps hit 40 degrees, not so great in extreme temps.
