Hi. Have just started my own cheesemaking. One success with ricotta, and busting at the seams to try more.
Today is mozarella day. Have to buy milk as I live in a country town on a normal house block. No fresh milk available.
Have become obsessive about growing my own vegetables. Even some of my roses are going to make room for more vegies.
We have two black labradors that make friends with visiting rabbits, that try desperately to eat whatever I plant. Have started giving my vegy seedlings armour at night to try and give them a chance to grow. (empty pots turned upside down) lol.
We started a few months ago making our own beer, and have gone a bit crazy since. Partner's dad gave us a wood fired pizza oven at Christmas which started the obsession with food. Interesting reading about the smoked camembert cheese on the forum.
Lots of things to try, looking forward to participating on the forum.
