The book is based around traditional recipes in the spirit of Dr Weston A Price and Sally Fallon.
So far it has been an interesting read and is fairly informative. All of the recipes are centred around Lacto - Fermentation, sourdough breads and cakes, Kefir and Cheese, nuts and seed cheese and probiotic vegetables.
Have had an interest in lacto-fermentation for quite some time as this is an area I have a desire to gain more experience in. All I need now is a good kitchen and some Kefir grains

then the time to delve into this more deeply.
