This book was a gift for me given today and is a hardcover book containing stories recipes and tips from prize - winning show cooks. It is compiled and written by Liz Harfull and while I haven't read it from cover to cover yet it looks very interesting. Full of photographs and stories from around the country it proved so interesting to me when I opened it this morning that i let my cuppa go cold and had to be reminded of the time slipping away.

As a show cook/winner myself I certainly could relate to some of the sentiments expressed.
