Hi - I'm Kim

Postby sirrahk » Sun Apr 05, 2009 9:03 pm

Hi to you all.

Found this wonderful site & forum the other day whilst looking for various things on the web. I am very keen to make some cheese and have just recently purchased a Cheese Making Book and some gear so just need to spend a little less of my weekends working and let me get playing. Cooler weather due soon in WA so maybe by the time I get all my bookwork finished the weather should be perfect.

Look forward to sharing some information with others as the time goes by and look forward to learning lots from others on the forum.

Welcome Kim,

What book did you get?

Jo who is also from WA has just done a cheese course over there. Honestly I always say the best way to get started with cheese is a good course you find out all the things the book doesn't tell you.

Look forward to getting to know you and hear about your cheesemaking.

Hi Kim, welcome.

I thought it was cool already  Where abouts are you here? i am assuming North somewhere, I live down south myself about an hour from Albany. It has been so cold of a night down here my daughters hands have had icicles hanging off them.
I know because she delights in pressing them to my neck eveytime she comes inside, making me jump.

Shall look forward to hearing all about your new venture.

Life is what happens to you while you're busy making other plans.
