Hello everyone. I'm thrilled to have discovered this site. Thankyou to all those that post and share their experience and knowledge. My happy little family live on 35acres, are owner building, establishing gardens and increasing animal residents at what seems to be a rapid rate. I've sourced a regular raw milk supply and will be starting to make cheese (hopefully) within a week or so. So here I am, with dreams of a year round garden, home killed meat in the freezer and looking forward to getting to know you all.

I'm glad you've found us! Its unbelievable how you seem to accumulate animals isn't it! Cheesemaking (or sometimes cheesefailing) is one of my hobbies when my Jersey is in milk. With 35 acres... surely there's room for a house cow!!! At any rate, I look forward to you also contributing to this forum, even if its to ask questions! We LOVE to give advice!
