Another one joins the fold! Cheesemaking is gloriously easy and challenging! You win some and you lose some. However, its so satisfying that you keep doing it. I enjoy making ricotta and the thirty minute mozz, and Edam (hint hint Vicki!!!).
Now, any room on that town block in the country to keep a cow? !!!
The labs sound adorable, just the type to show the rabbits where the really good pickings are.
